Ippon Matsu - Brewed with purpose

Founded in our apartment with friend and former roommate Kota. This project has raised thousands of dollars for businesses affected by the 2011 Tsunami in Japan. Plus it gave us an excuse to brew and consume A LOT of great beer...but ya know...for a good cause.

PROJECT "DREW"

A crowd-sourced navigation tool for making cities accessible for all.

PROBLEM
The most widely used navigation tools provide bespoke routes, traffic info, arrival times, and service updates across various transport options. 

No tool recognizes the needs of those confined to wheelchairs.

SOLUTION
Introducing "DREW"; a crowd-sourced navigation tool that identifies obstacles wheelchair users encounter on a day-to-day basis and uses real-time information to reveal their best route. 

On the street interviews with actual New Yorkers who use wheelchairs and my brother Drew (yes that Drew) takes around Chicago at places that are "Wheelchair Accessible".
